1.2 The Customer's personal data shall be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997 (Journal of Laws 1997 No. 133, item 883, as amended) and the Electronic Service Provision Act of July 18, 2002 (Journal of Laws 2002 No. 144, item 1204, as amended). Personal data constitute the data referred to in Article 6 of the Personal Data Protection Act.

The controller shall exercise special care to protect the interests of data subjects, and in particular shall ensure that the data it collects are processed lawfully; collected for specified, legitimate purposes and not subjected to further processing incompatible with those purposes; substantively correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed; and stored in a form that allows the identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing.

PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF DATA COLLECTION AND RECIPIENTS OF DATA

Collection, processing and use of personal data

We collect, save and process your data as part of our handling of your purchases, including any subsequent complaints or warranties, and for our own marketing purposes (see section 3 for more on this).  The www.sarstore.pl store is set up on SquareSpace's server. Users' personal data are transferred to third parties only for the purpose of order processing:

for online payments, we use Paypal and Stripe platforms, which, for its part, each time asks for personal information needed to complete the payment

3.2 Log files

During each visit to the store's web pages, the web browser provides data on the user's behavior, which are saved in log files, so-called server log files. The data records saved in this way contain the following data: the date and time of the download, the name of the page opened, the IP address, the URL of the reference page (the address of the page from which the user was redirected), the amount of data downloaded, as well as information about the product version of the web browser used.

3.5 Retargeting

The Facebook platform is obliged to lawfully collect and process personal data in accordance with the principles described in the RODO.

3.6 Google Adwords Remarketing Advertising

As part of our marketing efforts, we use Google Adwords in search results and on third-party sites. Ads are tailored to your interests and previously visited sites through Google's Remarketing cookie mechanism. Likewise, if you put our store's products in your shopping cart, our store's ads may come back to you. 

Google AdWords Remarketing service is an offering of Google LLC (www.google.pl). Google LLC is headquartered in the USA and is certified by EU-US-Privacy Shield.

If you want to deactivate the cookies used for remarketing, you need to go to Google's advertising settings page and change your google account settings.

SAFEGUARDS

4.1 The Administrator shall apply technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of the processed Personal Data, in particular it shall protect the data from being made available to unauthorized persons, from being taken by an unauthorized person, from being processed in violation of applicable regulations, and from being altered, lost, damaged or destroyed.

4.2 Among the safeguards for the collected personal data are:

a. Physical protection of the data set from unauthorized access - the computer operating the www.sarstore.pl store is password-protected and located in a room secured against theft

b. Technical security - we use SSL Certificate on the pages of the Online Store where Customer data is provided, and in order to access the account, the Customer must provide a login and password.

FINAL PROVISIONS

5.1 The Administrator reserves the right to change the content of the Privacy Policy in the future due to changes resulting from the provisions of applicable law, expansion of the activities of sarstore.pl or changes in functionality and implementation of new technological solutions.

The Administrator will inform the users about the changes in the content of the Privacy Policy on the pages of sarstore.pl each time.
